Research Area

My area of Interest is Mathematical Analysis including modelling, numerical and Finite Element Method (FEM) based Simulation of MEMS Inertial sensors, Microfludic and Flexible/stretchable Devices for specifically biomedical and robotics application. Currently I am working on Mathematical modelling, Numerical and FEM Simulation of Small and large deflection theory based Square, Circular and Elliptical shaped Normal, touch and double mode Capacitive Pressure Microsensor.
