Research Area

My research area focuses on Ultra Low power temperature sensors that are Process, Supply and temperature independent. I have a keen interest in Designing Data converters. So far I have Designed Flash ADC, SAR ADC, Time based ADC, Integrating ADC, 120nW temperature Sensor for Wireless systems, 10ppm Accurate Current reference, Low offset Always on Comparator with Hysteresis, Low kickback noise Latched Comparators, Ultra Low power Voltage and Current References, Time to Voltage Converters, Low drop out Regulators. Lastly I have designed Op amps for various design requirement.
